Mrs. and Mr. VK’s Loft, a transformation of an old celler into a living space in Felanitx

Mrs. and Mr. VK. want to transform the old dark construction located in their backyard into a space where imagination knows no bounds.

It must be flexible, open, fun, there will be mechanisms, there will be light, there will be music, vinyls but also peace and quiet.

The design meets the need for a bright and flexible space.

The project aims to show that new modern elements can be integrated into old spaces and have a peaceful dialogue without disturbing each other.

The atmosphere inside the Celler becomes something very special, testifying to the playful personality of Mrs. and Mr. VK. The Bauhaus window sets a rhythm and its pulley mechanism allows a little bit of play, the room is arranged on different levels and there is a play between the modern materials such as concrete and metal and the traditional mortar, stone and natural wood used for walls and floors.
